Ballenger Construction

Ballenger construction built our home several years ago. I am in construction and I can say without question that if Troy says he will do it, it will get done. That is not the case with a lot of contractors but it is with him. Our house is fairly large and we came to him with some plans that were less than stellar. He spent hours just making sure the details were right prior to construction. We didn’t even give him a truss layout and he was able to get it all put together. At one point one of the inspectors even said that he hadn’t seen a house built this well in Montgomery county in years. Troy spent ridiculous amounts of time making sure the details were right. He even made sure that the siding lined up on the corners all the way around the house. In other words you can follow one line all the way around the house and end up on the same line at the other end. Try that on your current house. One testament to the workmanship is that I have only had 5 or so nail pops on the drywall since the house was built over 10 years ago. If you’ve ever built a house you know that is unheard of. I have had them do numerous other projects for me and will continue to do so.

Troy is honest, dependable, and one of the hardest-working people around! He’s done multiple jobs for us over the years—including a full room addition to our home—and I can honestly say I have ZERO complaints. His work speaks for itself, and he’s someone you can trust to show up and get the job done right. Troy is hands down one of the best around!!
